Engagement Approach

I facilitate the Wraparound Process for youth with complex needs and their families. The strengths I bring to the table are my compassion and willingness to help others. I love Wraparound’s element of working together to help the family as a whole and not just the individual person. The Wraparound principle that connects to me most is Family Voice and Choice. Allowing a family to have the opportunity to voice their perspective and choose how services are to be provided to them will help to empower the family to grow as one, and not feel caught in a system where their voice cannot be heard and is not valued.

Areas of experience and interest

I have experience working in an Adult Foster Care setting, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and as a Community Liaison Officer with the St. Paul Police Department. I also have experience as a CADI Case Manager working with child and adult clients with mental health diagnoses, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. I enjoy working with both young people and the geriatric population.
