Clinical Approach

I provide individual therapy, individual skills training, family therapy, and family skills training, serving Deaf and Hard of Hearing children/adolescents and their families. I am client-centered and approach clients in a very gentle and personable manner.

Areas of experience and interest

I have a total of 12 years of social service experience including working with both children and adults with mental illness and chemical dependency for two years in the counseling field. I have approximately one year of experience working with deaf adults with mental illness and chemical dependency. I am interested in children and their families that have had traumatic experiences and/or have difficulty regulating their behaviors and emotions.
