Director of Clinical Mental Health Services
Administration and Senior Mental Health
I provide individual, family, couples, and group mental health therapy to adults and older adults as well as supervise clinical staff and oversee the operations of the entire Mental Health Clinic. I strive to have our services be culturally sensitive, expertly delivered, and trauma informed while maintaining a small clinic feel. My approach when working with clients is to establish a supportive and empathetic setting while we address the identified challenges and changes to assist the client in fostering personal lifelong well-being.
Areas of experience and interest
My areas of interest include addressing issues with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, caregiver stress, trauma recovery, and adjusting to life transitions. I also provide educational presentations to older adult communities and to professionals on various topics related to mental health and seniors.
