Clinical Approach

I provide DBT and outpatient services including individual, group and family therapy. I take a client centered approach to therapy to empower each individual to build the life they want to live!

Areas of experience and interest

I am interested in working with adolescents and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, identity concerns, family conflict, substance abuse, eating disorders, developmental disabilities and trauma. I have worked in the past with Adolescents and their families as a juvenile crisis responder and provided individual therapy as well as DBT therapy. I also have experience working with homelessness and severe mental illness in adults.
