Lyndale Manor

We provide direct support services around activities of daily living in a senior apartment complex

Lyndale Manor is a secured access Minneapolis Public Housing building. Each resident is given a private one-bedroom unit, including heating and cooling, and a full kitchen. There is an attractive dining room for meals, TV rooms for residents, an on-site beauty/barber shop, and a beautiful courtyard with plentiful trees and flowers.

Participants

Adults, age 62 or older, in need of supervised care/assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Fees

We accept unlimited Elderly and CADI waivers. We also accept private pay clients. To determine if you qualify for Elderly Waiver to pay for assisted living services, contact Hennepin County at 612-348-4500 or click here for a fact sheet on elderly waiver.

  • Medication reminders, administration, and set-up
  • Prescription delivery
  • Registered nurse visits, consultations, care planning
  • Help with coordinating Doctor appointments and transportation
  • Scheduled activities
  • Grocery shopping transportation is available twice a week
  • Social work services available
