Meghan Clark MSW, LICSW
Wraparound Program Supervisor
High Fidelity Wraparound Program
I provide clinical supervision and program management for the High-Fidelity Wraparound Program staff as they partner with youth (ages 4-17) and their families living with complex needs. I work to ensure that our team remains focused on providing a person-centered, strengths-based, and high-fidelity program to families. In particular, we aim to amplify the voices of youth and family members in their own lives and in the systems serving them. I rely on my optimism and sense of humor when partnering with families and providing supervision to Wraparound staff.
Areas of experience and interest
I started at VOA as a Foster Care Social Worker helping to maintain licensed foster homes, match youth to appropriate foster homes, and ensure quality care during a youth’s stay in foster care. After 5 years in this position, I transitioned into the Clinical Supervisor role for the High-Fidelity Wraparound Program at VOA. I have 6 years of experiencing working with youth and families, building teams, navigating systems, and advocating for system change. My areas of interest include mental health, trauma, the utilization of strengths, resiliency, and team building.
