VOA cited among top MN nonprofits in field of aging
Our services for older adults in Minnesota ranked among the state’s top-five nonprofits in the recent “Philanthropedia survey.”
The results were part of the MNSIGHTS magazine supplement, inserted with recent leading news media, including the New York Times and Mpls/St. Paul Magazine.
We’re honored by this recognition, shared with VOA National Services, for our achievements and the dedication of our great staff to the people we serve. Philanthropedia, a California based philanthropic-research company, surveyed 49 local experts from 42 organizations, asking them to recommend aging-related nonprofits that have had high impact in Minnesota over the past few years.
MNSIGHTS is a production of the Minnesota Philanthropy Partners network and includes The Saint Paul Foundation, Minnesota Community Foundation, F.R. Bigelow Foundation, the Mardag Foundation and more than 1,700 additional charitable affiliates.
