Clinical Approach:

I provide individual and family mental health therapy. I take a client-centered approach that includes child-centered and directed play therapy. I also incorporate art therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with clients. I believe in taking a strength's based and holistic approach to therapy, meeting the client where they are and together establishing goals and a path forward. My hope is that clients walk away feeling understood, empowered and having ownership in their healing.

I have worked with children and families for the last 12 years. This has included child advocacy, working with children at a domestic violence shelter, providing programming for elementary age students and restorative justice. I am interested in working with children, teenagers and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and/ or experienced trauma.
