Our quiet community provides quality assisted living services for low-income seniors, ages 62 and older, where they can age in place with hope, dignity and independence.


  • 24 hour care and support by assisted living aides, and on-call nursing support for staff direction

North Park Plaza is a HUD-funded subsidized building. This means that rent is based on 30% of one’s adjusted monthly income. You must complete an application and be added to our wait list
