Parker Skyview

We provide direct support services around activities of daily living in a senior apartment complex

Parker Skyview is a secured access Minneapolis Public Housing building, located in the heart of NE Minneapolis. Each resident is given a private one-bedroom unit, including heating and cooling, and a full kitchen. The building is smoke-free. There is an attractive dining room for meals, TV rooms for residents, and a beautiful courtyard with plentiful trees and flowers.

Participants

Adults, age 62 or older, in need of supervised care/assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Fees

  • Registered nurse visits, consultations, care planning
  • Help with coordinating Doctor appointments and transportation

  • Grocery shopping transportation available twice a week
  • Visiting Chiropractor and Doctor of Podiatry
  • Senior food shelf located on site
  • Social work services available
