This is a market-rate building, with 20 percent of the units subsidized.

11 units are Senior Affordable Housing; Family income may not exceed 50% area median income per guidelines determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Senior Affordable Housing units.

Monroe Village offers beautiful apartment-homes for active, independent older adults in vibrant Northeast Minneapolis. Centrally located, Monroe Village is walking distance from churches, parks, shops, library, restaurants, and art galleries. 

Consisting of 51-units, the 4-story building also features underground heated parking and an elevator for easy access. There are a variety of floorplans including 1 bedroom; 1 bedroom + den, 2 bath; or 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment-homes. Each unit has its own full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, and range. Units also have individually controlled heating and cooling systems.
