Culturally competent, personalized mental health services for children, adolescents, young adults, and families, available in person or via telehealth. Services are individualized to meet the unique needs of each child or family.
Comprehensive, culturally competent, language-specific mental health services for deaf, deaf/blind, and hard of hearing youth and families experiencing emotional or behavioral issues. Intensive therapeutic, skill building, and rehabilitative services strengthen emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
Comprehensive care planning that brings together youth, their families, and support systems to prevent out-of-home placement and build networks of support for families. Facilitators help families navigate systems and develop plans to address behavioral and emotional needs.
Intensive, long-term outpatient therapy to address suicidal thinking, self-harming behaviors, and significant emotional and behavioral problems that can otherwise lead to hospitalization. Includes weekly individual therapy, phone coaching, and skills training in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Individualized support services for children with severe emotional disturbances and adults with severe and persistent mental illness, to help them access medical, social, educational, housing, vocational, and other basic needs.
All prepaid Medical Assistance providers (PMAP) are accepted. In Hennepin County, Medical Assistance, private insurance, and county funding are also accepted.
Mental health services for children struggling with emotional and behavioral issues in the school setting. Individual, family, and group therapy, skill building, and support groups are offered in schools and via telehealth.
