Support for older adults and adults with disabilities to maintain independence whenever possible through care plans and support systems that prevent unnecessary guardianship and conservatorship. CESDM also provides guidance and training to case managers, Adult Protection Workers, and social workers.
Legal services for clients of all ages and abilities, offering assistance with wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, powers of attorney, health care directives, guardianship, conservatorship, special needs trusts, Medical Assistance planning, and real estate matters. Services are offered on a sliding scale based on income.
