“My relationship with my biological parents was not good,” Alex noted. “I’ve used the word toxic and I guess that would be appropriate.”
After a particularly rough period, Alex found himself in Juvenile Detention and then an emergency shelter.
Alex was a smart kid in a tough place. His foster parents helped him find stability and regain his future.
Last year they came together again to celebrate Alex's graduation from law school.
