Located on the corner of Franklin and Bloomington Avenues, Village at Franklin Station is a 90-unit, 3-story building offering affordable housing to older adults and people with disabilities in South Minneapolis. Close to major grocery and drug stores, the property is centrally located with Lake Street’s international shopping and restaurants nearby and both Minneapolis and St. Paul downtown areas moments away. Award-winning Franklin Bakery, Wolf’s Café, and many specialty stores are within walking distance. 

Eligibility

Family income may not exceed 60% area median income per guidelines determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Individuals and families outside the age range may be eligible if they have a disability.
