On June 12, Social Justice Clinical Pastoral Education (SJ CPE) celebrated the graduation of five passionate and dedicated students during a moving ceremony held at the Minnesota Correctional Facility – Stillwater. With this milestone, the number of students who have completed a unit of CPE while incarcerated has grown to 25. This was our 9th unit completed inside the walls of Stillwater prison.
We are proud to share the Spoken Word performance by Dimitri, one of our SJ CPE graduates, recorded from that day. With authenticity, he invites us into a sacred space where his words don't just speak to us; they resonate with the Spirit and echo long after the final line.
