Community Family Supports
Services that support foster parents with licensing and training — and also provide mental health case management for children, adolescents and families
Our Foster Care programs offer residential care for emotionally and/or behaviorally disturbed children who cannot live with their birth parents. The programs also monitor and support participating foster home families.
Wraparound is an evidence-based approach to care planning that brings together youth, their families, and their support systems, both formal and natural, to prevent out-of-home placement and identify a larger support network that the family can depend on post-Wraparound.
Mental Health Case Management offers coordination of services enabling children and adults with severe emotional disturbances or mental health issues to either remain at home or in the community.
