About
Located on a large corner lot, High Pointe I & II offers 93 apartments across two buildings, with 25 fully wheelchair accessible units. Making full use of the commercial kitchen and large dining area, congregate dining is provided. Each building offers a large community room with a full kitchen to be used for social activities and can be reserved for private family gatherings.
High Pointe has an on-site Service Coordinator to assist with access to community services and Medicare/Medicaid issues, as needed. A Community Administrator also is on-site to support the needs of residents.

Family income may not exceed 50% area median income per guidelines determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
