Individual in home support

In Home Support Services offer individualized community support or living skills support to support to children and adults, which are person-centered and tailored to individual needs in their home, apartment, or other community living situations. These services reinforce personal responsibility and include activities such as daily living skills and community integration. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide a wide variety of skill development opportunities to build independence and decision-making. DSPs can also provide behavioral supports and work closely with day programs and/or employers to provide a collaboration of support services.

DSPs provides services and lifestyle supports to increase residents' independence and create joy.
