About

Nolte River Place is a new construction building with 80 units of affordable housing for seniors age 55+. The new development is on the southeast corner of the overall campus. This location creates a continuum of housing available to a variety of incomes and ability levels for seniors as they age. With the addition of 80 units, area seniors have housing opportunities that meet their changing needs as they age on the same campus. Seniors will pay affordable rents in an area in which they otherwise may not be able to afford to live. The project will include 10 PRAC Voucher units and will serve 8 formerly Homeless Senior Veterans. MACV will help provide the services to these veterans.
