Clinical Approach:
I provide individual, family, and play therapy to young children, adolescents, young adults, and adults across the lifespan in both in-person and online outpatient settings. My therapeutic approach is flexible and client-centered, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices to meet each person’s unique needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) practices, strength-based approach, person- centered, trauma-focused care, and play therapy, depending on the developmental stage and goals of the client. My focus is on building a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build resilience, and develop tools for lasting change. Whether supporting individuals or families, I aim to guide and empower each client on their journey toward healing, growth, and greater emotional well-being.
