Peris Hill is an innovative affordable housing building in the vibrant Lowry Hill neighborhood of Minneapolis that offers affordable housing units for qualified, career-oriented adults. First of its kind, Peris Hill will include 45 units of affordable housing. This centrally located building offers studio and one-bedroom affordable housing units that will be available for qualified renters who are interested in an active, professional lifestyle. Peris Hill provides an ideal location for adults looking for easy access to transit, parks, lakes, restaurants, colleges, museums, and many other amenities. 

Eligibility

Family income may not exceed 60% area median income per guidelines determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Fifteen units are designated for youth aging out of foster care.
