Tiffany Johnson, MSW, LICSW
Clinical Approach:
I provide individual, family, and couples therapy, using a variety of therapy methods including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to young children, adolescents, young adults, and adults across the age span in the outpatient setting both in person and online. I empower individuals and families on their journey to find passion and hope in their lives and relationships by using a strengths based, client-centered approach that involves validation, nurturance, direct and transparent communication, and outside the box techniques including play therapy and art.
