Serving ages 11-25 using the adherent model to address suicidal ideation, self-harming behavior, and other challenges
School, clinic, and community-based therapy for children, adolescents, young adults and their families. Staff are fluent in American Sign Language.
Expertise serving adults and their related mental health needs
Experience in using play to address behavioral and emotional challenges in youth.
Competency in providing Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a commitment to Trauma-Informed Care.
Wraparound is an evidence-based approach to care planning that brings together youth, their families, and their support systems, both formal and natural, to prevent out-of-home placement and identify a larger support network that the family can depend on post-Wraparound.
The Vona Center for Mental Health is a Minnesota Department of Human Services licensed Rule 29 Mental Health Clinic and has been deemed an essential community provider.. Additionally, we are a certified provider of Children’s Therapeutic Services and Support (CTSS) in several counties including Anoka, Benton, Hennepin, Ramsey, Wright, Sherburne and Stearns.
