I have 10+ years of experience in providing individual, family, and group mental health therapy to adults. As a professional committed to serving community, I have provided education and trainings on issues related to mental illness and suicide prevention, as well as critical incident stress debriefing services. My approach to working with clients is compassionate, strengths-based, and client centered using CBT, mindfulness based, solutions focused, and trauma informed care to provide a healing and open experience.

My areas of interest include anxiety symptoms, chronic mood symptoms, caregiver stress, co-occurring illnesses, grief & loss, trauma recovery & resilience, and trauma informed care.
