Community volunteers are matched with incarcerated individuals to establish friendship and connection. Pre-release matches help ease the transition back to society for most, while others provide connection for people serving life sentences.

Residents work toward goals such as enhanced decision-making, building interpersonal skills, recreation, meal preparation, budgeting, self-care, and educational or vocational interests.

Residents work to restore community ties and obtain employment, while taking advantage of the opportunity to become accountable, productive citizens and avoid further involvement in the criminal legal system.
Mental health services for children struggling with emotional and behavioral issues in the school setting. Individual, family, and group therapy, skill building, and support groups are offered in schools and via telehealth.
A nutritionally balanced, sit-down lunch with varied menu options for people age 60+. Lunches are served hot, Monday through Friday. During the pandemic, the program has shifted to delivering meals to clients in their homes, as well as offering bi-weekly frozen meal delivery.
Housing that includes moderate, technology-based supervision for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own apartments. Staff work with residents to set goals around daily living skills. Group home residents may "graduate" to this level of care depending on their independent living skills.

A Minneapolis Public Schools alternative high school offering a small school environment with strong student support in math, science, and the humanities. The school offers credit recovery opportunities and serves grades 10-12 with a focus on leadership development and project-based learning.
