Support When Needed

Providing 24/7 assistance to support healthy living and well-being, emergency situations, and meeting the unique needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, whenever and whenever they may arise. 

Our Services

Customized support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, tailored to individual needs in the home or community living setting. Services reinforce personal responsibility, daily living skills, and community integration. Direct Support Professionals provide skill development opportunities to build independence and decision-making.

Supported living in residential family-style homes, providing personalized support and 24-hour supervision for up to eight people with physical, medical, mental health, and behavioral support needs. Residents work toward goals such as enhanced decision-making, building interpersonal skills, recreation, meal preparation, budgeting, self-care, and educational or vocational interests.

Housing that includes moderate, technology-based supervision for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own apartments. Staff work with residents to set goals around daily living skills. Group home residents may "graduate" to this level of care depending on their independent living skills.
